What are the opening hours of the Port des Lumières?
Port des Lumières is open seven days a week:
Monday to Saturday: 10am-7pm
Sundays and public holidays: 10am-6pm
Last entry is one hour before closing.

Do you have parking spaces?
Port des Lumières is located directly at the entrance to the Westfield Überseequartier in HafenCity – you will find our entrance at the corner of Osakaallee / Überseeallee / Magdeburger Brücke.
We recommend using public transport whenever possible:
The U4 subway line (Überseequartier stop) and bus lines 2, 6 and 111 stop very close by.
Alternatively, you can use the public parking garage at Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier.
By the way: In good weather, a walk from the Rathausmarkt is worthwhile – it takes about 20 minutes and leads through the Speicherstadt.
I have a ticket for Phoenix in Dortmund. Can I also redeem it with you?
You're welcome to come to the exhibition with your ticket. Our friendly staff at the entrance will take care of everything.
Can my tickets be cancelled?
Tickets with a specific date cannot be refunded or reimbursed at any time. However, you can rebook your tickets yourself here .
