Do you have parking spaces?
Port des Lumières is located directly at the entrance to the Westfield Überseequartier in HafenCity – you will find our entrance at the corner of Osakaallee / Überseeallee / Magdeburger Brücke.
We recommend using public transport whenever possible:
The U4 subway line (Überseequartier stop) and bus lines 2, 6 and 111 stop very close by.
Alternatively, you can use the public parking garage at Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier.
By the way: In good weather, a walk from the Rathausmarkt is worthwhile – it takes about 20 minutes and leads through the Speicherstadt.
How long does the exhibition/show last?
The exhibition lasts approximately one hour. The shows run on a loop.
Is there a cloakroom?
Free lockers are available at Port des Lumières. For security reasons, bags larger than A4 must be locked away. Access to the building with suitcases is not permitted. We have limited luggage storage space.
Am I allowed to take photos and videos in the exhibition?
Yes, photos and videos may be taken without flash or artificial light, provided they are for private use. Commercial use of the recordings is not permitted. For safety reasons, the use of a tripod is not allowed. If you share the recordings on social media, we would appreciate a link. Please tag and mention us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., using the handle @portdeslumieres.
