Port des Lumières is located directly at the entrance to Westfield Überseequartier in HafenCity - you will find our entrance on the corner of Osakaallee / Überseeallee / Magdeburger Brücke.

Please note that we respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible during our opening hours. On weekdays, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. On weekends, we are available on site at the entrance.

You can also reach us by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 13:00 at 040-238359772.

You can easily book tickets online for your desired time slot.
There is also a box office on site with ticket terminals for remaining tickets – please note that payment is card only. By the way, you can also pay completely cashless in our on-site merchandise and souvenir shop!

We recommend booking tickets online in advance to avoid waiting times. Especially on weekends and public holidays, tickets often sell out.

Port des Lumières is open 7 days a week:

Sunday to Thursday: 10am – 6pm
Friday and Saturday: 10am – 6pm

Last entry is one hour before closing.
