By the way: If the weather is nice, it's worth taking a walk from Rathausmarkt - it takes about 20 minutes and takes you through the Speicherstadt.

By public transport

We recommend using public transport wherever possible:

Subway ‘U4’ to stop “Überseequartier” / buses ‘6’ and “2”, stop “Singapurstraße” or bus ‘111’ stop 'U-Bahn Überseequartier'

By car

The Westfield Überseequartier public car park is located directly in front of our entrance on the corner of Osakaallee and Magedeburger Brücke.

Access

Our exhibition is fully accessible! All areas are step-free. Accessible toilets and some seating are available, and our team is happy to assist on site.

For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed in the exhibition hall but can be folded and stored in our locker area. The immersive show is an intense audiovisual experience with light, sound, and projection effects. We recommend visits for children aged 5 and up, as the atmosphere may be overwhelming for younger children. Please accompany your children throughout the visit and be mindful of other guests.

Free lockers are available at Port des Lumières. Bags larger than DIN A4 must be stored in lockers for safety reasons. Access with suitcases is not permitted, and there is only limited space for luggage.

For the well-being of animals, pets are generally not allowed. Loud music, changing light effects, and the dark room environment can be very stressful for animals.

The exhibitions include rapid image changes, loud music, and intense lighting effects. Visits may not be suitable for people with epilepsy or strong light sensitivity.
