About the Yoga Teacher

Lisa Marina Thierbach is a yoga teacher and psychologist (M.Sc.). For her, yoga represents a deep connection with oneself and everything around us. She aims to share this feeling of clarity, presence, and inner expansiveness in her classes. Through asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness exercises, she invites participants to connect with themselves more consciously.

Her sessions are fluid, powerful, and mindful at the same time, because yoga is for her much more than just movement: it is a way of life, a space for pause, and personal development. For over five years, Lisa Marina Thierbach has been teaching yoga and has completed more than 1,000 hours of training and continuing education in Europe and Asia. Her international training in various yoga styles and intercultural schools deeply shapes her teaching. Combined with her psychological expertise, she offers a holistic approach that connects body and mind.

What yoga has given her, she wishes to share at the Port des Lumières, in this unique setting, in a way that is authentic, vibrant, and heartfelt.
