In this section, you will find all the conditions and useful information for organizing your visit.
Book a time slot
For group visits a specific time slot must be booked. Please note that due to possible program changes or external events, bookings may not be available on certain dates. If you have questions about specific dates, please feel free to contact our team.
Groups generally consist of a minimum of 20 people. However, this requirement does not apply to school groups or official educational institutions, which benefit from adapted booking arrangements.
Groups of more than 20 People
To ensure you have the best possible experience, we recommend booking through our group ticketing service. This service is divided into group bookings (up to 60 people) and school group bookings (up to 35 people).
For larger groups, please send a request to our team. In your email, please specify: date and time of the visit, name and address of the payer, number of participants (adults/youths)
Rates
Adults: €17.00
Youths & Students: €9.50 (under 16 years old, we recommend a minimum age of 5 years)
Groups of fewer than 20 People
Since our group rate applies only to groups of 20 or more people, individual tickets must be purchased if the group size is less than 20. These can also be purchased online through our individual ticket service or directly on-site at our ticket office. This does not apply to school groups or official educational institutions in general.
Note: Bookings by invoice can be arranged by email. Please contact our team to request a manual booking.
Modifying your reservation
Changes and cancellations can be requested up to 3 days before the visit date by emailing our team.
For travel operators and distribution partners
With a personal access to our partner booking portal, you can manage your group bookings conveniently and independently. From creating reservations to making changes or cancellations. Adjustments and cancellations are possible up to one working day before the scheduled visit date, providing maximum flexibility when planning your visits.
Invoicing and payment methods

- Invoice after the visit: bank transfer.
If your billing email address is different, please include it directly in the notes section when placing your order.
Access to the Port des Lumières
Our Location
Port des Lumières is located right at the entrance to the Westfield Überseequartier in HafenCity. You’ll find our entrance at the corner of Osakaallee, Überseeallee, and Magdeburger Brücke.
Bus parking
If you are arriving by tour bus, guests can get off at the bus stop at Osakaallee, 20457 Hamburg. The following parking options are available for buses (850 meters from Port des Lumières): Bus parking lot, Versmannstraße 24, BaakenNest - Hogi, 20457 Hamburg
Accessibility
Our exhibition is fully accessible! All areas are step-free. Accessible toilets and some seating are available, and our team is happy to assist on site.
Your visit
Arriving on time
Each group must adhere to the start time of the time slot assigned at the time of booking.
This schedule ensures smooth organization and an optimal experience for all visitors.
However, if a group arrives late, entry will not be refused, although waiting times may be longer if other groups are scheduled.Upon arrival
Upon arrival, the group leader must present the group ticket at the ticket office. The group may not enter Port des Lumières until all members are present. Unfortunately, individual entry is not permitted.
Length of visit
The immersive experience lasts about an hour.
However, visitors are free to explore the exhibition at their own pace and without any time limit if they wish to enjoy attractions such as the Infinity Room, our selfie station or the Kids' Atelier. Guests may stay until the program changes or Port des Lumières closes.Enhancing your visit
We do not offer guided tours or audio guides, as the experience is immersive and music-based.
